Sound Healing
Sound healing is a holistic therapeutic practice that utilizes the power of sound, often through instruments like singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, or vocal toning, to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The resonant frequencies produced during sound healing sessions work at a cellular level to entrain with the body's own vibrational frequencies, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and physical tension.

Reiki
Reiki is a a Japanese energy healing technique utilizing hands on or hands hovering techniques to promote a transition from sympathetic to parasympathetic nervous system activation. This occurs naturally through the energy’s ability to soothe and harmonize the recipient’s energy field, ultimately promoting relaxation and well-being. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals looking to reduce stress and enhance their overall health.
The benefits of Reiki are numerous and include relaxation, stress reduction, and a heightened state of mental and emotional clarity. Reiki can help alleviate physical pain, promote faster healing, and boost the immune system. Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of one's breath for various physical, mental, and emotional benefits. By regulating the rhythm, depth, and pattern of breath, individuals can reduce stress, increase relaxation, and enhance their overall well-being.
This ancient technique has been used in diverse cultural and spiritual traditions, such as yoga and meditation, to improve mindfulness and connection with the body. Breathwork's versatility allows it to serve as a tool for managing anxiety, improving focus, and even promoting physical health by optimizing oxygen intake. Sessions can be tailored to group or individual needs. Breathwork offerings include pranayama and conscious connected circular breathing.

Music Lessons
Interested in learning voice, piano, guitar, or ukulele? Private music lessons are available for children and adults ages 4 and above. Lessons are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute increments. It is recommended to have at least one lesson per week, outside of vacation and illnesses, since this allows us to keep up a consistent practice routine and check in on student goals and objectives.

If you know you or your student will be absent or unavailable for a lesson, please reach out 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your appointment. There is no charge for lessons canceled with sufficient notice!

Private lessons are to be conducted in the student's home. Alternatives may be offered upon request. I am located in North Dallas and will travel to homes within a 10-mile radius.

Adapted Lessons
Adapted lessons are offered for individuals who want to learn an instrument but may require additional assistance outside of the standard curriculum. This may include those with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities. Adaptations may appear in the form of color coding, large-print music, learning by rote, matching colors/letters, increased use of visual aids and/or alternate tunings to allow for simple chords.

There are many benefits to adapted lessons, including increased fine/gross motor development, improved self-esteem, discipline, and improved joint attention.

Adapted lessons are available for voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Before beginning our lessons together, we will complete an initial assessment/interview in which types of adaptations and additional needs for success are discussed.
